We set up a recurring schedule — daily, weekly, after every checkout, or whatever cadence makes sense for your property. Once agreed, it runs. No need to rebook each time.
Pricing is fixed per session based on property size and frequency. The higher the frequency, the lower the per-session rate.

The scope is agreed upfront and documented. For rentals and hostels this typically covers full turnover cleaning, linen change, restocking of guest essentials, and a quick condition check after each guest. For offices — regular maintenance cleaning on a set schedule.
Custom scope available for multi-unit properties or non-standard spaces.

Regular clients get a discount starting from the second month of the contract.
