  • Inside oven, fridge, and kitchen cabinets

  • Bathroom grout, vents, and hard-to-reach corners

  • Baseboards and door frames

  • Inside wardrobes if needed

  • Behind and under all large appliances

Rental & Hospitality

Everything in standard, plus:

  • Full linen change — beds made hotel-style

  • Towels folded and arranged

  • Bathroom fully restocked and staged

  • Kitchen reset — dishes put away, surfaces spotless, appliances wiped inside and out

  • Checking and replacing essentials (soap, toilet paper, etc.) if provided

  • Airing out the space

  • Quick check for any damage or items left by previous guests
