1. Services

We provide residential and rental cleaning services in Budapest. The scope of each session is agreed upon at the time of booking — either a standard package or a custom arrangement based on your specific needs.

We reserve the right to decline or stop a session if conditions are unsafe for our team.

2. Booking

Bookings are confirmed via message or email. By confirming a booking, you agree to these terms.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance.

We accept:

  • Cash (on site)

  • Bank transfer

  • Wise

For recurring clients, we can arrange invoicing on a weekly or monthly basis.

4. Cancellation

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the agreed service price. We understand that things happen — if it's a genuine emergency, get in touch and we'll work it out.

5. Access to the property

You are responsible for ensuring we can access the property at the agreed time. If we cannot enter and have not been notified in advance, the session may be treated as a late cancellation.

6. Liability and damage

We take care in every home we work in. If something is damaged due to our negligence during a session, we will take responsibility and compensate up to the value of the session fee, or a maximum of 50,000 HUF — whichever is higher.

For claims beyond this amount, we recommend that both parties rely on their own property insurance.

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Fragile or valuable items we were not informed about before the session

  • Items left in areas we were not asked to clean

Please let us know in advance about anything fragile, sentimental, or valuable in the areas we'll be working in. We'll either avoid them or handle them with your explicit guidance. This protects both of us.

7. Our products

We use only eco-certified, non-toxic cleaning products. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, please let us know before the session and we will adjust accordingly.

8. Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. We do not share your information with third parties except as required to provide the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hungarian courts.
